For standard form and standalone form, place red stained glass underneath the traffic light will turn on the red light;

place green stained glass will turn on the green light and playing Xiaolüren animations.

For "for other direction" form, place pink stained glass will turn on the red light;

place lime stained glass will turn on the green light.

You can use pistons or command blocks with /setblock command to change the block, make traffic light change the light automatically.

You can use normal form and "for other direction" form on the *same light pole, like this example image.

If you use the same form on the *same light pole, all traffic light will display the same light.

*"same" means place the traffic lights in the same x, z position, just like following image.
